All products available in this store are physically in stock in the warehouse of Nutra Essential OTC, S.L. Information on product availability may vary without prior notice.<\/p>\n

Ordering<\/h2>\n

Orders are placed by correctly filling in the order form on the website.<\/p>\n

Orders can only be placed by persons who are registered and have an account with this store, or by those who provide all the information necessary to complete the transaction.<\/p>\n

Each order placed by the Customer is confirmed by sending an email informing the Customer that we have received the order.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to verify the order. If there is no contact with the buyer or the order cannot be confirmed, the store reserves the right to suspend the completion of the order.<\/p>\n

The invoice for the purchase of the product will be included in the package with the product and will also be sent in the email that the buyer will receive when sending the proof of payment.<\/p>\n

The number of items that have a special price or are on offer is limited. Special prices are valid only for a specific period of time.     Delivery<\/h2>\n

    The store executes orders within 72 hours of receiving payment. If there is any problem to execute the order, customers will be informed immediately. By order execution we mean sending the goods to the customer.<\/p>\n

    Deliveries within the E.U. are made by a courier company.<\/p>\n

    Nutra Essential OTC, S.L. will organize the pick-up. We kindly ask you to return the product to us as soon as possible and we recommend you to use our transport agencies. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us at your own expense, you will assume the risks that may arise in the event of damage to the goods in transit. Once we have examined the returned item and verified that it is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amounts paid by you.<\/p>\n

    Returns and claims<\/h2>\n

    If at the time of delivery you consider that the product you have received is not the one you ordered or has a defect, please contact us immediately through our Contact Form, providing the product data, your order number and detailing the type of incident. We will contact you and tell you how to proceed to return the product.<\/p>\n

    Once the returned product has been examined, we will inform you as soon as possible if the refund or replacement of the product is appropriate.
